This caused framerates to drop and eventually, the game just crashed to desktop from the issue. Eventually, there were about 40 ships at one Harbour and 50 Planes at the Airport. Each ship and plane have no passengers either at this point and upon watching them leave the Harbour and Airport, they would take off/leave and fly to where the Air/Sea Path was location, idle there for a few moments, about 15-20 seconds long before a new ship suddenly spawns and then the new ship with the original ship will return to the Harbour and dock. So much that the actual models of the planes and ships clip into each other. Eventually the Harbour and Airport (just one) will start to be get swarmed with several planes arriving at once. Strangely enough, the first few boats and planes (the first 3-4) have passengers in the very low numbers. My issue is a Crash to Desktop with both Planes and Ships. I also have Industries expansion as well.) (Side note, I do have some mods enabled but after disabling all mods, it still occurs.
